A fact in your record is wrong
You do not need us for this. Every fact is editable and deletable from your record, and every one names the source it came from so you can see why it is there. Corrections are versioned, so nothing you fix is quietly reverted.
If a fact appeared that you cannot trace to any source you connected, tell us — that is a bug in the product, not a preference, and we want to know immediately.
Connecting an AI assistant
See the MCP documentation. If a client will not connect, send us the client name and the exact error and we will look at the server logs.
Getting your data out
Export is in your settings and needs no request. If you want it in a format we do not offer yet, ask and we will see what we can do.
