Terms of service

Short, and in plain words. Using KnowMee means agreeing to these.

The agreement

These terms are between you and Zevora Labs Pvt Ltd, an Indian company, which operates KnowMee. By creating an account you accept them. If you are using KnowMee for an employer, you confirm you are allowed to agree on their behalf.

Your account

  • You must be at least 16.
  • Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • One person per account. A username is yours while your account is active, and returns to the pool if you delete it.
  • We may reclaim a username that impersonates someone or squats a trademark.

Your record is yours

You own everything in your record. We claim no ownership of it, and we do not sell it, rent it, or use it to train models.

You give us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your record, to process it so the product works, and — for facts you have marked public — to show them on your public page and to anyone you share it with.

That permission ends when you delete the content or your account. You can export everything at any time.

Using it properly

Do not use KnowMee to:

  • Claim work you did not do. A record of fabricated achievements defeats the entire point of the product and we will remove it.
  • Impersonate another person or organisation.
  • Upload material you have no right to upload, including someone else's résumé or a company's confidential documents.
  • Break the service, work around its limits, or scrape it.
  • Connect a source you are not authorised to connect.

We can suspend or close an account that does these things. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first.

Automated extraction

KnowMee reads your source material with a language model to turn it into structured facts. It is built to refuse to invent — it will not add a number that was never stated, and it records lower confidence where a source is vague.

It is still automated, and it can be wrong. Check your record before you rely on it for something that matters, such as a job application. Every fact names its source so you can check it in one step.

Availability

We work to keep KnowMee running, but we do not promise it will never be down. We may change or remove features; if we remove something you depend on, we will give you notice and a way to export what you need.

Liability

KnowMee is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from your settings, which removes your record as described in the privacy policy. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you the right to bring a claim locally, this does not take that right away.
